Ingredients:
1 pork loin about 3 lbs (1.3 kg)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 a teaspoon of dried garlic
1/2 lb Champignons (about 250 g)
2 large onions
1 oz of butter (about 30 grams)
2-3 teaspoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
5 oz mozzarella cheese (about 150 g)
7 oz fresh or smoked bacon (about 200 g)
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of chili sauce
fresh parsley
olive oil

  1. Bonsoir en effet ca a l'air bien bon, mais dommage de mettre du sucre sur les oignons car les oignons sont déjà un peu sucrées naturellement. Les industriels nous rajoute déjà du sucre absolument partout et le sucre c'est un poison ! Je vais surement essayé mais sans ajout de sucre😊 merci pour cette bonne recette
