Nice. I made her crust for the first time a couple weeks ago. I’d been afraid of making it because I tend to have warm hands, so a food processor recipe seemed like the better option.
Turns out it’s fantastic and the dough is incredibly pliable –in the video for it, she says to sling the dough into the pie plate, so I did. And no issues! It’s flaky AF and filled with buttery goodness.
