I think I had this before or something similar but either way, it’s very yummy and so simple/fast to make.

I love HF shrimp, I feel like it’s a generous two people portion. I added extra to my plate and still had plenty left over for tomorrow’s lunch. I love the little crispy garlic pieces. I wish I had saved some parsley to sprinkle over but I put it all in the last minute of cooking in the pan with the lemon, just cause it would have given it a better final look.

Most people have all the necessary ingredients to recreate this and it took about 15 min, so it’s a filling fast recipe to have for those busy nights. I know mine is missing the broccoli (hate it) but I can see how it would add to the recipe. Just a fresh tasting dinner that isn’t heavy or greasy.

I added some garlic bread from the free item for life menu. Their garlic bread isn’t my favorite, it’s kinda dry since it doesn’t have a lot of butter/garlic but it’s a nice addition since it’s free.

Definitely give this recipe a try!

  1. It was my first ever HF meal. Made it last night.

I was positively surprised by the amount of shrimp (compared to Blue Apron).

I was a bit (negatively) surprised by the smallish amount of couscous. But I obviously wouldn’t want to trade more couscous for fewer shrimp 🙂

I had some leftover broccoli from last week’s Blue Apron, so that was perfect. I like roasted broccoli.

    Overall I liked the meal.

made it today. It was good but a bit bland. I added more chili flakes after prep. I’d get it again but spice it up with more garlic powder and heat.

I don’t think I’ve seen this one but definitely would order. I’ve loved all their shrimp meals and you’re right it’s a good portion.

I’ve had the free garlic bread a few times and I think it’s pretty good. I don’t cook it as long as they say cause I like my bread softer versus hard/crisp.

I like broccoli cooked in any way, however, not until HF did I have roasted til crispy broccoli and wow that’s delicious. Maybe similar to your former dislike of carrots?
