The egg patty is more of a frittata, kinda gelatinous, likely liquid eggs and milk mixed together. There were two wide pieces of bacon on the sandwich, no more than 2mm thick, and one wide slice of white sharp cheddar cheese. The bread is udis brand white sandwich bread.
