    **Broth**: Ocean’s Halo Pho broth plus a little vegan beef bouillon for a more beefy flavor

    **Tofu**. Cube tofu (637 g for 4 servings), pan fry, finish with light hoisin sauce

    **Noodles**: only used 56 g of rice noodle split between 4 servings. Rice noodles are higher calorie so use with that in mind.

    **The rest**: A lot of mung bean sprouts (360 g for 4 servings), Thai chilis, jalapeno, mushrooms, cilantro, mint
