Before he had to cut out salt for his blood pressure, my dad would have a snack of a whole bunch of green onions with a plate of salt to dip them in. Man, that’s an ollllld memory.

Grew up just eating these bad boys raw, every thanksgiving and Christmas we’d get 2-3 bundles, stick em in a jar just like you have and go to town. Never lasted long.
