It leaked all over in the box too. Luckily no other food was damaged, but I’m definitely not using this chicken.

Can I get a refund? Can they send me another package of chicken? What do I do?

    Contact support in the app and i think you get credit for the next box. Obviously don’t eat it.

    I had various quality problems with Hello Fresh and a couple of other meal companies in the past – just email their customer service with a photo of that and the spillover and they should credit you a whole delivery. Get stroppy if they don’t since no one loves chicken juice 🤢
    They probably won’t replace a single ingredient in time for you to cook, so if you want that meal you need to get the new chicken yourself.

    The app has a place for you to report this and get credit with just a few taps and no need to even talk to a person. Then go buy replacement meat unfortunately

    Maybe coincidence but had same issue with my chopped chicken this week. Small hole in corner leaking.
