I made this custom platter for a customer this past weekend. She provided the coffin shaped board. Cheeses included are Saint Angel, Sweet Red Grass Fed Cheddar, Godminster Cheddar and Devil’s Dance, Juraflore Comté, The Truffle Kid, Aged Mimolette, Wooly Wooly Esplette, Merlot Bellavitano and Lamb Chopper
