Im always interested in foreign sushi dishes. They always seem to include Norwegian salmon, although the Chilean or Argentine products should be available in Brazil. I don’t recognize the maki but I would hope it includes locally procured fish and other ingredients. I could skip the dry ice but maybe it’s someone’s birthday. In any case I wish I were there to try it as it looks delicious.
