These are pretty straightforward and even my wife who has a Weenie Hut Jr. level of spice tolerance loves them, but you can absolutely crank up the heat which I tend to do when just making for myself.

It’s basically Franks with a dash of Worchesteshire, honey, and sweet Thai chili sauce. I either do all equal parts or sometimes like a 1/2 cup of Franks along with 1/4 cup of honey and 1/4 cup of sweet Thai chili sauce.

I usually add a generous portion of cayenne and crushed red pepper flakes to heat things up and I’m sure you could substitute the Franks for your hot sauce/buffalo sauce of choice. It’s really the sweet Thai chili that makes these wings pop for me. That and ensuring they’re extra crispy and preferably on the smaller side since I will die on the hill that the smaller the wing the better it is.

Hope you enjoy them!
