Chicken katsu curry with cucumber and cabbage slaw(spice pack from Lidl)

If I did this again, I’d shave the cabbage rather than big cuts and cut up the cucumber a little smaller. Other than that it was great. The curry had onion, ginger, garlic, carrot and baby corn. I got the spice pack from Lidl.
