This was quite good and filling and perfect on a cold rainy night. It was a big batch recipe. As I frequently do with HF soups, I added extra veggies and stock to make more leftovers so it easily fed my husband and me for two nights plus there was some to freeze for another night. The only caveat I have is that the recipe makes a “stew” that is more actually soup-like in consistency but I just dissolved some cornstarch in water and added near the end until it thickened more to my liking. Would definitely order again.

I made this a few weeks ago and so am glad I am not the only one that thought it was more soup like than stew. It was delicious though. I couldn’t get mine to thicken up.
