I’m gonna say no, but I want a bowl.

    Nicely done

Looks great. Are those short ribs or steak tips though?

Thanks for showing the full cook and cut of the meat. Fits in well.
If it was final product only there’d be more debate.

They look more like NY Strips. Either way, looks delicious!

I don’t know if it belongs in this sub but that chili looks good!!

I make a big batch of chili once every 2 months and not once did I think to use quality meat like short rib. Genius!! It looks amazing

I would add a roux to thicken that liquid up a bit.

Well I don’t want to be part of any sub that doesn’t allow this because that is absolutely fucking fire and I don’t even need to taste it to know

Don’t get me wrong I’d eat the shit out of this but the steak isn’t well cooked and now it’s got chili all over it. 6/10

I say it looks great however if should be disallowed as to prevent more demand driving the cost of shortribs.

    >beans

    >chili

This is the 5th time this year people have insulted chili by putting beans in it, and I’m about to lose it.
