    Honestly, no point counting calories from restaurants especially when you eat a decent bit. There’s too many unknowns; the weight of each food, how the food was cooked, what ingredients did they use, etc.

    It’s okay to not track your calories for that meal or even that whole day, It’s healthy to tbh
