Hi all. I got some seeds as a gift from my BIL. He told me that he didn’t know which peppers they were. I’ve grown a few of the seeds out now and these are the fruits. They’re about 1-1.5 cm long and about as hot as a Thai chilli and freakin delicious.

thre’s an italian chily called DIAVOLICCHIO CALABRESE which if grown in climates colder than shouthern italy turns out exactly like the one you are showing. I had a lot of plants like that, all giving me those chillys unless they were harvested in july/august

I have been trying and failing to find out what they are called in the western hemisphere. But they are very popular in specific areas of South Asia. If you have a surplus bottle them whole in vinegar and they’ll make a tasty treat all year around!
