I did actually flambé with cognac. Got home at 4 and around 8 after more than a few Manhattans, I got hungry. Two hours later, and here we are. Glass of beaujolais not pictured.

    I’ve seen more good food on here being made while drunk than in a lot of chef reddit’s.
