Anyone else remember when Costco sold intact wings? They were so much better than the disjointed pieces they sell now.

I hate the wing pieces they sell now so much. They’re just not nearly as good as the whole wings.

I had to quit buying my wings at Costco, and that sucks because they were formerly so good, and attractively priced.

I just want whole wings, without any stuff injected into them.

Just wings.

  1. I tried the Costco wings once and never went back. They were extremely disappointing, even more since I pretty much love everything else at Costco. I now always buy my wings at a local supermarket with a good butcher shop. Well worth the extra 30 cents a pound.

Are we talking about the fresh ones that come in a 6 pack or the horrible seasoned cooked ones from the deli?

I’ve had great success with the fresh ones and you can’t beat the price imo

I got the seasoned chicken wings that were right next to the rotisserie chickens for the first time last night. After a quick blast in my air frier and a shot of a decent hot sauce they were very tasty. Not maybe the perfect answer if you’re craving traditional wings but probably not a bad substitute for kids/beer night/quick food needs/etc.
