I think I found my people in this subreddit. Posting here for first time but by far not first time making wings. Got an air fryer during the pandemic and never looked back. These are smoked on a campchef. Biggest keys for me and drying the wings and potato starch.

    Give us the sauce. There’s few things you could put in that recipe to keep me away from those.
