I also added sour cream, hot sauce and cilantro on top to amp up the flavor even further, but I wanted to show off all the onions

I didn’t consider myself an onion lover until I kept getting recommended this sub and thinking, “That’s supposed to be a lot of onions?” Because that looks like the perfect amount of onions to me.
