Hear me out. Wife and I went to a restaurant last weekend and saw the title on the menu of a restaurant (I got fish and chips) and knew I had to make it.

10lbs Pork shoulder olive oil binder seasoned with almost 1/4 salt, 1/4 garlic powder, 1/2 pepper not cups just equal ratio of that. Smoked at 250 to 160 with these dark cherry pellets I found on amazon. My whole house smelled amazing that cherry wood smell was very prominent. Wrapped in foil added a 10oz bottle of apple juice and took it to 203°. Wife made her bangin mac n cheese idk how she makes it she’s very secretive about it sorry. The blackberry sauce was 1/2 cup kinders mild bbq sauce, 1/2 cup blackberry preserve. I threw in some of the drippings from the pork in there as well.

Came out well cook took about 12 hours by the time it was on the table. Let me know what you guys think.
