    Yo please, bestow upon me how you managed this beast. Any recommendations on trimming/prep vids?

    I’ve only done reverser sear and in a cast iron but I’ve never done a tri tip (got a gnarly one lined up this week)

    Also, how’d the toast pair with the dish? Would whole wheat work in the flavor profile? I feel both are warm enough flavors although it could teeter the scales
