Oh yeah baby, thanks for the recommendation fish nerds these bad boys were fishtastic!
Honestly, not what I was expecting.
When I read pickles, I had cornichons in mind, I was expecting to find a bunch of chopped small gherkins like you'd find on a burger.
That's not what I got, but amazing anyway, it's very similar to that classic Nuri recipe minus the laurel and with the salt toned down.
It's a well loved flavor profile that might better suit some people who aren't as in love with Nuri as the laity.
Oh and DAMN BOI that first fish was a chonker, big fishy boi could barely fit in the can!
Very impressed with both the fish and the flavor.
Worth noting that they're not very spicy by most standards with just one small half chili inside.
Overall I'm awarding a 8.5/10 would be happy to find in my stocking this year.

Okay I’m clearly missing out. These look amazing.
Out of curiosity did you slap this together and eat it like a sandwich or did you eat it like toast, all fancy like?
I love these reviews!!
Those look like the same spice profile as my well-beloved Flower Moroccan Spiced, just made by Sardinha, which for some reason is not easy to find in Dallas.
Did you taste any clove, allspice or bay? What did you do with that tin oil?
