Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice
-Rotisserie Chicken from Sam’s Club I shredded with my hands and marinated with taco seasoning (gets more flavor each day)
-Xtreme Wellness Tortilla- 60 extra calories and sometimes it’s nice to have some bread, that’s where the chicken is!
-Rice is actually white rice seasoned to taste like yellow rice. Half a bouillon cube (or 1/2 tea spoon) and maybe 1/2 teaspoon of Con Azafron seasoning? Idk I don’t rly measure that I just look the color of the water and determine if it’s right or not. But it’s still only 160 calories
-I only like Broccoli if it’s crispy and partially burnt lol but it is seasoned with 2g of olive oil spray, salt, onion powder, SMOKED paprika, and pepper.
-Coke Zero, off brand cause it was all that was at the store but honestly tastes fine, wouldn’t mind buying again. It also was like $3 cheaper. I am 100% in the aspartame cult.
-yes there is a lot of sodium in this meal, no I don’t care. I’m counting calories and if seasoning is what I need to enjoy my food that’s what I’m gonna do. I’m under the guidance of a dietician and weight loss provider and I get my bloodwork checked semi regularly by them and my pcp, so if it becomes a problem they will let me know 🙂
