This is my first time I’m doing a whole chicken. B&B briquettes with a lump of hickory wood. Chicken I got was a little small but let’s see how I do. 😉

    Looks great, I bet the skin was great, especially on the crispy side. Standard basket or slow n sear?

    This is the best way to enjoy chicken. Nothing beats a charcoal cooked chicken!
