Please help! Is it too late to separate the seedlings? Or should I just repot the entire thing together? This is my first attempt on growing anything so any advice on next steps really helps. These are cherry tomatoes. Thank you!!

    No you can separate them.

They’re rather hardy as long as they have prooer heat, light and soil. If you’re in the northern hemisphere they might not do well.

Just try to keep the roots as intact as possible.

Totally can and you can even wait till they’re bigger if you want! I’d just moisten the soil when doing it and transplant to a bigger starting pot depending on how far away your planting date is..

I’m in zone 9B and just getting mine all going. If o had those two plants I’d let them get a little bigger, take off the bottom leaves, and put them in a pot a little bigger buried to get more roots going before I plant it in ground in a month or so.

Nope tomatoes are pretty resilient. I wouldn’t wait any longer though.

I had 6 growing in a cup this size and waited longer. I thought for sure I’d lose half but surprisingly they all made it. It was a pain to separate though.
