Just want something basic for my balcony to mix things up when the weather's nice and practice grilling more often.

I started with a hibachi on my balcony. That’s a good price, get after it.

  2. That appears to be a very basic gas grill. Which with you mentioning a deck usually means a apartment like scenario and charcoal is usually out.

This is a good call for a basic price for a small group.

Charcoal grilling makes some of the best food! Be patient, buy some cheap cuts and practice a lot before you buy the higher end meats.

Do I see a Weber spirit next to it? Go that direction.

Or look for the one with the adjustable charcoal tray. I have one of those, it’s been a damn good grill.

Looks decent, but will be a rust bucket next year

It is almost marked down to fair deal territory

I’ve seen really nice Weber Kettles in Facebook marketplace that I would do instead of this for less. I’ve had my Performer now for 4+ years. Purchased used on marketplace.

Get a Weber Kettle instead, it will last much more, you can get accessories, etc.

  10. A 10 year old used Weber is better , those cheap grills put the jets to close to the grill part and you have to move around meat a lot to keep it from burning.

Like everyone else has said, just get the Weber kettle
