In recent news I wanted to try my hand at some good ol traditional Ohio style boneless wings. Sauce is a butter based Suzie Q Buffalo and Yellowbird Habenero. Whipped up a quick loosely ranch based dipping sauce from scratch when I realized I didn't have any blue cheese.
Weirdly enough there seems to be a bone or two in these.
