BAKED PORK “BRAID”
📌📌📌 INGREDIENTS:
• Pork tenderloin – 1000 g
• Salt and pepper – to taste
• Oil – 50 g
• Garlic – 1 head
• Spices for meat – to taste
• Butter -50
• Rosemary – 1-2 sprigs
Sauce:
• Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
• Honey – 1 tsp
• Mustard – 1 tbsp
• Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
• Garlic powder – 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
1. Wash the meat and dry with a paper towel. Cut 1000 g of pork tenderloin into 4 strips
2. Salt and pepper the meat on both sides
3. Take 3 strips of pork tenderloin. Tie from one side
4. Braid a braid and fasten it on the other side
5. Grease the pan with butter.
6. Put 1 peeled garlic, spices on a pan and sprig of rosemary
7. Fry the meat on all sides until golden
8. Put the meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
9. Let’s prepare the sauce: 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of garlic powder
10. Brush the pork with sauce
11. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on your oven
