First I want to say I have so much respect for cookie decorating and even though I have a decently steady hand for nail art and would consider myself a pretty decent home baker, cookie decorating is crazy difficult and kinda tiring.
Any suggestions on how I could replicate these strokes on a circle cookie, white background?

I would recommend watching some videos on wet-on-wet decorating techniques. I think you could achieve a very similar look doing that and using a scribe tool to pull wet on wet dots into those stroke shapes.

THIS.It would be quite simple to achieve with wet on wet…probably EASIER to work with than nail polish!
One design is a wreath so that would be fine as is. Use a round cookie for that one.
The design that goes down the middle, use an oblong shaped or rectangular shaped cookie.
