Beef short ribs grilled low & slow ❤️

  1. Sea salt tenderized the night before. And used Meathead’s Big Bad Beef Rub recipe. Two pieces were dry rub only & two pieces also included a competition BBQ sauce applied 5-10 minutes before finishing on the grill.

    Grilled indirect at 225 F on the grill surface for 4-4.5 hrs. The smaller pieces came off first. I also used a drip pan to collect the dripping for future use.

    Super tasty & highly recommended. Enjoy & have a great weekend.

    That’s probably my favorite to cook. My dogs love to chew on the bones.
