Made some sushi for dinner tonight. I definitely need to get a sharper knife, it was a struggle with the knife I have.

    Ugh that looks delicious, invite me next time!! Also I’ve heard wiping down the knife with oil first helps with resisting the sticky rice.

    Have to ask about Unagi. Do you defrost it and cut or cook it before serving?
