My wifey stopped by our favorite butcher and grabbed some pork chops for me to cook tonight. My one cat was in the kitchen begging the whole time, so they just not have turned out awful. I've been enjoying locally crafted spirits and decided to throw these pork chops in the cast iron with some garlic and olive oil. I seared on high heat before flipping and covered on low for them to cook all the way through.

I decided to take advice from my last post and deglazed with buffalo Trace to drizzle over top of the finished product.
