  2. Lemon or lime too. Sometimes a little cumin and or smoked paprika is nice. I go way heavier on the chili flakes and always use a molcajete 👊

  3. Great recipe and I have taken some good ideas from your recipe, i like the fresh oregano. My only critique is that the olive oil should not be blended, only stirred in. It starts to emulsify the oil changing the texture. You have more of a guasacaca sauce in this video with the exception of avocado.
