  1. Sashimi in general is beautiful and delicious. From the soy sauce it gets a hint of salt and umami, and from the wasabi it helps add a layer of flavor.

    That is why any fruits or vegetables touching sashimi is a big no no from me, sorry. A slice of lemon touching raw fish? That will impart and cook the fish, in a way. Hate when a restaurant forces vegetables touching sushi on me.
