Ingredients:
– 2 bratwurst
– 1 can of beer
– Water
– 2 brioche hot dog rolls
– Mustard
– 4 tbsp butter
– 4 oz sauerkraut
Recipe:
1. Pour 1 can of beer into a pot and add in 2 bratwurst. Pour enough water to cover the brats. Bring them to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 min.
2. Toast 2 brioche rolls in 2 tbsp butter.
3. Sautee sauerkraut in 2 tbsp butter. Season with black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes.
4. Butterfly and sear the brats.
5. To the rolls, add the brats, mustard, and sauerkraut.
