I was trying to clean up my Q3200 and now the flames have a lot of orange in them. I can smack the burner tube and make them go back to blue. What’s causing this?

Also I was thinking about converting the grill to natural gas. Or getting another Weber that is already natural gas and gifting this grill to my Dad.

I really enjoy this Q series because the box is aluminum and will never rust and it doesn’t take up a lot of space. I cook for 2 and sometimes 4 so I don’t need a monster. Do you have a recommendation for a smaller natural gas Weber grill.
