Like the title said, but this is one I reach for when I don't have any time and I need lots of protein.
Lean Cuisine white cheddar mac and cheese plus a can of tuna or chicken breast. Maybe a little hot sauce if I'm feelin' froggy. 😬

It’s high protein, fits in your caloric budget, you enjoy it and it allows you to stay on track. Seems healthy and *sustainable* to me. Looks yummy
