The wife asked for steak for her birthday. I ordered 3 1.5 inch American wagyu ribeyes from snake river. Also had a beautiful tri tip from my local butcher. Dry brinded everything for 24 hours. Smoked all on a Weber kettle for roughly 90 minutes at 220 with hickory. Then seared the shit out of all of them.
What do y'all think? Did I nail it? Also cooked up some scallops.
