First time brisket smoker. I’ve made ribs once and now I’m going for the glory. Seasoned last night and just put it on the smoker at 6:30AM. Praise aliens, keep my meat safe.

    Good luck! The only mistake you can make now is taking it off too early.

    Don’t forget to wrap. I prefer butcher paper myself.
