As a NYer, that is some sad looking pastrami e – breaks my heart that Canadians think THAT is pastrami. If you’re using a deli slicer to cut it, it’s trash.

Big amount of salt -> Feeling bloated afterwards due to water retention. And of course, it tastes like too much salt.
As a European, this is one of those American things I’ll never understand.
