Always glad to have actual ramen that has effort put in it instead of leftovers on top of instant. Eggs look really goid but the yolks leaked a bit. Make one decisive cut with a knife, no sawing or even better use fishing wire , I highly recommend it. I really like that u made two different cuts from the green onion and they look like even cuts too so thats awesome. Broth looks nice and clear and golden, chasu is also looks nice and even I like it. However you should fold the noodles so that they make a platform so that the other toppings can sit neatly on top like the menma plus its pretty. Overall looks really good imo. It shows when people put in effort
