    Going on vacay next weekend so I went a little all out 🙂

    Breakfast: Avocado toast with egg whites, turkey bacon & arugula (sourdough bread not pictured)

    – I season the egg whites with salt and pepper and pan fry the turkey bacon. All of this is assembled at work. I use half of an avocado and save the other half for my other meal

    Snack #1: Chobani yogurt & rice cake with Baby Belle cheese

    – I use the spreadable cheese and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top

    Lunch: Orange chicken & rice with salad

    – I season chicken breast with garlic, salt, pepper, chili pepper, red pepper flakes and orange sauce. For the salad I’m using the Green Goddess salad dressing from Trader Joe’s.

    Snack #2: Spicy tuna salad with rice cake

    – Very simple; I use spicy mayo, Samyang fire sauce, diced jalapenos and I added pico de gallo as well.

    Dinner: Loaded nachos

    – 96/4 ground beef seasoned with sazon. For toppings I have pico de gallo, black beans, shredded cheese and the second half of the avocado.
