This recipe is my favorite italian dish and my favorite pasta aswell ( except the grandi version of it i find it hard to eat)
Ingredients: bucatini, parmigiano, eggs yolk, lardons, black pepper and a bit of salt
NB: i usually use smoked fat pork belly or jowl but that’s what i had. And guanciale is kinda hard to find where I live
