I have a iron cast this. When the dough rises and touches the top it deflates a bit. doesn’t come out as perfect at the top. what can I do to make sure it stays risen?

This is my first time using it, I waited until it was about a half inch from the top and then I put it in the oven. It seemed to do the trick

Looks excellent! I love my Pullman pan. Any bread that comes out of it is guaranteed to be a show-stopper.

Nice loaf! I had one of these, and we had a great relationship for a year and a half. But last week it stuck and ruined a loaf of brioche. I had to say, “bye Felicia!” The coating will eventually rub off, sadly.

I have that same bread tin! LOVE it also! It’s so amazing to make square sandwich bread.

I made bread in this tin over the weekend too! A good amazon purchase.

Your picture quality is really selling that pan hard, I doubt it’ll look at all as nice if I ordered it myself.

Did you get it on sale at 9.95 or did you mean 19.95, which it shows listed at currently.

Anyone know how much to scale the recipe for a 13 inch loaf pan?
