137 @5.5 hours. We have this probably once a week. Today it’s over rice with a cauliflower and zucchini stir fry.

  2. I do a 3 lb roast for 6-7 hours at 136 and it is so good. Tenderizes quite a bit over that time.

    Where do you buy the tri tip? I”m not sure I’ve ever seen it in a regular grocery store, but I’m on the East Coast and I hear it’s more readily available out West. Thanks!
