**Ingredients (Serves 4-6 as a Side):**

– 3 bunches broccolini

– 120g mixed rocket and baby spinach

– 150g bacon (nitrate-free recommended)

– Marinated Danish feta or goats cheese

– Toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds

**Buttermilk Dressing:**

– 1 cup buttermilk

– 1/2 cup natural Greek yoghurt

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 2 tbsp lemon juice

– 3 tbsp chopped chives

– 1 tbsp dill (optional)

– Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**
