This is the first time I went out and picked out some tinned fish for myself. I thought these morrocan sardines could be interesting, let me know if anyone has had those. The two old riga tins are just a regular sardines and a tin of sprat pate.
I also need some advice on how to eat sardines. I would like to eat them with rice but not sure what else to put in it. I also am on a gluten free diet so if anyone has any gluten free cracker suggestions let me know.

For the kipper snacks, you can drain and fry them up in a butter on both sides, and have them with fried eggs. Nice with toast but not essential given your dietary restrictions.
