A Christmas cake I made for my husband and I to take to our workplaces. I got halfway through cutting before I remembered to take a photo, it was 32 slices in the end! 16 for my job, 6 for his job, 2 for his Mum, and the remainder for neighbours. The ultimate compliment was my 67 year old colleague having seconds whilst telling me about her own recipe.
