Took advice from my last post and left it in the oven with the lid off a bit longer and then let it stay in the oven with the oven turned off 10 minutes before removing it and letting it cool on a rack for an additional 10 minutes.
Same recipe as last time although last minute I decided to add garlic, oregano, and basil into the dough.
Hoping to keep improving over Christmas break.
Any advice is welcome.
