INGREDIENTS
1/4 c oatmeal
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @kion, use code ALYSSA for a discount)
1 t baking powder
3 ounces sparkling water (sparkling water makes the cake fluffier, but can use regular water too)
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt (I used plain)
3 t cocoa powder
Sweetener of choice (used to sweeten the greek yogurt. I used stevia)
optional: peanut butter cup (I used @skinnydipped brand with lower-sugar)
Mix the oats together with the protein powder, baking powder, and water in a blender. Microwave for about 2 minutes. Mix the cocoa powder with a splash of water and, if desired, sweeten the cocoa mixture and the greek yogurt with a sweetener of your choice. Now top your mug cake with the greek yogurt and the cocoa mixture, and let it rest in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you can add a peanut butter cup if desired and enjoy!🍪
